Description

This production equipment is applied to the packaging of small parts.

The device uses a multi-unit weighing system to accurately control the number of packages to +/- 1 piece of work.

Can set different packaging quantities.

The equipment is self-wrapping plastic bags from roller type plastic film raw material. It is more cost-effective than purchasing finished plastic bags.

The machine operates at high speed in a fully automatic manner, which is very stable and greatly reduces the cost of packaging personnel.

The equipment is a general-purpose packaging machine that can be applied to the packaging of different small part types and use different plastic bag films.

Working principle

1. With a vibrating hopper, pour the packaged product into the conveyor belt.

2. Conveyor belt grouping and feeding products to the top of the device.

3. Products are divided into 8 channels to enter the weighing system of different units.

4. Accurately separate the set quantity by each weighing unit and calculation.

5. The product enters the plastic bag and is sealed and packaged.
