MCB terminal assembling production line

This production equipment is applied to the automatic assembly of MCB terminals.

Terminals, frames and screws are automatically discharged from the vibrating bowl feeder.

The device automatically assembles the terminal and frame as required, and then automatically locks the screw.

Automatically check whether the screw is locked in place, and separate the good quality product and rejected product according to the test result.

All actions are working automatically and no need additional manpower to handle.

1. Vibrating bowl and linear feeding system, automatically align the terminals and feed them into the assembly system.

2. Vibrating bowl and linear feeding system, automatically align the screws and feed them into the assembly system.

3. Vibrating bowl and linear feeding system, automatically align the frame and feed it into the assembly system.

4. Parts are assembled in the rotating index table.

5. Automatically lock the screw in and check if the screw is locked in place.

6. According to the test results, the finished product is automatically transferred to the finished box and the defective box.
