This extrusion equipment is applied to produce plastic bag zip lock. Equipment including extruder, vacuum feeder, extrusion die, pulling system, cooling system. Stable extruding speed and accurate product dimensions. The equipment is stable in operation, reasonable in design, easy for colour change. Can be equipped with additional extruder to produce two-color zip lock. Different extrusion dies can be ordered to produce different sizes of plastic bag zip lock. Packing machine is available for packing. |
| Working principle |
1. Resin fills up into extruder by vacuum feeder. 2. Resin melt by extruder barrel and extrudes out from extrusion die. 3. Profile of zip lock formed by extrusion die and cool down by cooling system. 4. Pulling system pull out zip lock into matching system. 5. Combine two parts of zip lock in a complete zip lock. 6. Finished zlip lock pull out from machine. |
