Description

This production equipment is used in the production of door hinges.

The equipment operates in a fully automatic manner, integrated to handle complex assembly movements, saving a lot of manpower.

The assembly operation is carried out continuously and simultaneously at different stations, reducing the waiting time and greatly increasing the production capacity.

The assembly position is accurate no rework is necessary. Finished product directly go for packing.

Equipment design fit for metal product, can accept relatively larger tolerance of metal part dimensions.

Each part fixture can be replaced to match different size of metal parts, flexible to match different product style of production orders.

Working principle

1. Manually insert hinge bottom components into the fixture

2. Metal components automatically sent to the reaming station, and then automatically sent to the next station bearing sleeve.

3. Simultaneously, manually insert hinge upper component into the fixture

4. Assembling of gear and bearing.

5. Automatically loading the pins and screwing the pins

6. Manually finished the finished product
